Voithos Center Privacy Policy and Internal Testing Terms

Effective date: September 29, 2026

App: Voithos Center

Android application ID: org.specialservices.voithoscenter

Developer: Special Services LLC

Privacy and support contact: specialservices.or@gmail.com

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the current invitation-only Google Play internal-testing version of Voithos Center, developed by Special Services LLC.

Voithos Center is a free pre-release application intended only for invited adults. It does not contain advertising, purchases, subscriptions, or managed artificial-intelligence services.

The app is under development. Features and stored-data formats may change, be incomplete, or be removed during testing.

2. Information you can enter

Voithos Center lets you create and manage information on your Android device, including:

  • planning, inbox, task, project, on-hold, completed, and archived records;
  • optional dates and local task reminders;
  • manual health and wellness records, including meals, movement, supplements, wellness notes, blood pressure, optional heart rate, and blood-sugar values and context;
  • manual bill records, including vendor, amount, due date, paid status, and notes;
  • prayer requests and reflections;
  • home-maintenance and upkeep notes;
  • shopping lists and items;
  • feature preferences;
  • locally entered development feedback; and
  • the information included in encrypted backup files that you deliberately create.

These records are created by you and stored locally by the app.

3. What Special Services LLC receives

The current Voithos Center app does not transmit your locally stored records to Special Services LLC.

The app does not currently:

  • create a Voithos user account;
  • receive your Google password;
  • operate a Voithos server or cloud data archive;
  • use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs;
  • synchronize records to Google Drive or Google Calendar;
  • share records with other testers;
  • send records to an AI service;
  • connect to banks, payment processors, credit bureaus, or financial institutions;
  • access Health Connect or body sensors; or
  • automatically submit locally entered feedback.

Camera, document import and reading, media capture, collaboration, cloud synchronization, accounting adapters, managed AI, and similar planned features are not available in this test build.

4. Local storage and processing

Voithos Center stores its records in an app-private SQLite database on your Android device. Special Services LLC does not remotely inspect this database.

The app does not claim that the live SQLite database itself is encrypted. Protection of locally stored information also depends on your Android device, operating system, screen lock, device security settings, and other software installed on the device.

Avoid entering information that you are not comfortable storing on your device.

5. Android backup and device transfer

The release described by this policy is configured to disable Android automatic cloud backup and to exclude app-private data from Android backup and device-to-device transfer rules.

Voithos Center does not intentionally synchronize its local database to Google Drive or a Special Services LLC server.

This statement applies only to the final tested release artifact after its compiled backup configuration has been verified. Android, a device manufacturer, or a modified operating system may provide migration, backup, or transfer behavior outside Special Services LLC’s control. Those platform functions are not a Voithos Center cloud-storage service.

6. Local reminders and notifications

You can deliberately schedule a local Android notification for a task. The app asks for notification permission when you choose to set a reminder.

Reminder notifications use generic text rather than displaying the task’s private content on the lock screen. Reminder details and schedules are stored locally. Android may deliver an inexact reminder later than the selected time because of battery management, device state, notification settings, or other platform behavior.

Voithos Center reminders are not alarms, are not guaranteed to arrive at an exact time, and must not be used for emergencies, medication timing, medical decisions, financial deadlines, legal deadlines, or other safety-critical or time-critical purposes.

Completing or archiving a task cancels its associated reminder. Erasing all app data cancels Voithos Center notifications to the extent permitted by the device.

7. Encrypted backup files

Voithos Center creates a backup file only when you deliberately choose Create encrypted backup and provide a password of at least 12 characters.

The backup includes the app’s local records, including active and archived work records, reminders, feature settings, health entries, bills, prayers, shopping items, feedback, and pending local operations. The file is protected with password-based encryption and authenticated encryption before it is written outside the app’s private database.

The app does not store, transmit, or recover your backup password. If you lose the password, Special Services LLC cannot recover the backup. Choose a strong, unique password and keep it separately from the backup file.

After the file is created, it is outside the app’s private database and remains under your control. Anyone who obtains both the file and its password may be able to read its contents. Encryption reduces risk but does not guarantee security.

Resetting, erasing, or uninstalling Voithos Center does not delete backup files you previously created. You must locate and delete those files separately if you no longer want them.

On Android 10 and earlier, the app may request legacy storage access when needed to complete an explicit Documents backup.

8. Restoring a backup

You can select an encrypted Voithos Center backup and enter its password to restore it. The app checks the password, file integrity, supported format, and record structure before replacing the current local database contents. The database replacement is transactional, so a database failure during replacement is designed to leave the prior database unchanged.

A successful restore replaces all records currently held in the app with the records from the selected backup. Create a fresh backup first if you may need the current records. Future reminders from a restored backup are rescheduled only when notification permission is already granted; expired reminders are not rescheduled.

9. Permissions

The current test build uses Android permissions for features present in the released app. It may request notification permission after you choose to set a reminder. It uses boot-completion and wake-lock capabilities supplied by the local-notification component to maintain permitted local reminder behavior. It does not request exact-alarm permission.

On Android versions where legacy storage permission is required for an explicit Documents backup, the app may request that permission at that time.

The current build does not provide camera, microphone, media capture, cloud synchronization, Health Connect, body-sensor, or biometric functionality.

10. Sharing and disclosure

Voithos Center does not automatically send your locally stored records to Special Services LLC, other testers, advertisers, analytics providers, AI services, banks, or financial institutions.

If you deliberately create or move a backup, open an external website, use an operating-system sharing function, or separately send information by email, the resulting information is handled according to the service you choose.

11. Support email

You may voluntarily contact Special Services LLC at specialservices.or@gmail.com.

Information you deliberately send by email is no longer confined to the Voithos Center local database. It will be processed through your email provider and the publisher’s email provider. Do not email sensitive information unless you intend to provide it to Special Services LLC.

Development feedback typed inside the app is stored locally and is not automatically emailed or uploaded.

Voithos Center contains external reference links. If you choose to open a link, the destination website and your browser operate under their own privacy practices.

The app may ask the Android device’s installed speech or pronunciation service to pronounce supplied inspiration or language content. Voithos Center does not use that pronunciation feature for your private task, bill, health, prayer, shopping, feedback, or home records. The installed speech service may have its own terms and privacy practices.

13. Retention and deletion

There is no Voithos server-side user account to delete.

App records remain in the app’s local database until you remove them through the app’s Erase all app data process or uninstall the app. Erasure is deliberately placed under Privacy & Data, requires typed confirmation, removes all database records, and cancels Voithos Center notifications to the extent permitted by the device.

Uninstalling normally removes app-private local data from that device, subject to Android platform behavior. Special Services LLC cannot remotely inspect or delete records that were never transmitted from your device.

Backup files are separate. Erasing or uninstalling Voithos Center does not delete backup files. You must delete those files yourself.

14. Security limitations

Voithos Center uses Android app-private storage for its local database, disables Android automatic cloud backup, and provides password-encrypted files for deliberate user backups.

The current release does not claim that the live SQLite database itself is encrypted. No software, password, encryption method, device-storage method, or notification system can guarantee security, confidentiality, availability, or exact delivery.

Protect your Android device with appropriate security controls, keep the operating system current, choose a strong and unique backup password, store backup files carefully, and do not use test data as the only copy of important information.

15. Health and medical information

Voithos Center allows users to make manual health and wellness records for personal organization. These can include meals, movement, supplements, wellness notes, blood pressure, optional heart rate, and blood-sugar values and context.

Voithos Center:

  • does not access Health Connect or body sensors;
  • does not diagnose medical conditions;
  • does not calculate medication doses or recommend treatment;
  • does not monitor emergencies;
  • does not connect to clinicians, insurers, or medical devices;
  • does not conduct medical research; and
  • does not transmit health records to Special Services LLC through the app.

Voithos Center is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on Voithos Center for emergencies, medication timing, or medical decisions. Contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. Always verify manually entered health information before relying on it.

16. Bills and financial information

Voithos Center allows you to manually record bill information such as a vendor, amount, due date, paid status, and notes.

The app does not connect to banks, payment processors, credit bureaus, or financial institutions; access financial accounts; initiate payments; confirm balances; or provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

The bill tracker is a personal recordkeeping aid only. Verify amounts, payment status, and deadlines independently. Do not rely on a Voithos Center reminder as the only notice of a financial or legal deadline.

17. Children

The current internal test is intended only for invited adults age 18 or older. Voithos Center is not intended for children.

18. International use

Privacy, consumer-protection, health, and other legal requirements may differ depending on where a tester is located. This policy describes the operation of the current Voithos Center internal-test build. It does not represent compliance with every jurisdiction’s requirements. Qualified legal advice should be obtained where jurisdiction-specific compliance is required.

19. Changes to this policy

Voithos Center is under development. If the app’s data practices or available features change, Special Services LLC will update this policy and applicable store disclosures before releasing the changed features. The effective date above identifies the policy version in effect.

20. Internal Testing Terms

Voithos Center is distributed as invitation-only, pre-release internal-test software. By participating in the test, testers acknowledge that:

  • the app is under active development;
  • features and stored-data formats may change;
  • test data must not be treated as the only copy of important information;
  • reminders are inexact local notifications, not alarms or guaranteed deadline notices;
  • the app is not intended for emergency, medical, medication, financial-payment, legal-deadline, or other safety-critical use;
  • testers are responsible for backup files they deliberately create and for remembering the passwords protecting them;
  • restoration replaces current app data with the selected backup;
  • testers may erase local app data from Privacy & Data and may stop participating by uninstalling the application; and
  • wider release, paid service, collaboration, cloud, AI, account, and other planned capabilities are outside this test and may require revised terms and disclosures.

The current internal test is free and contains no advertising, purchases, or subscriptions.

Summary for internal testers

Voithos Center keeps your app records in an app-private database on your Android device. Special Services LLC does not receive those records through the app. There is no Voithos account, analytics system, ad system, external AI processing, bank connection, or Voithos cloud synchronization in this build.

You can deliberately create a password-encrypted backup outside the app and later restore it. Keep both the file and password safe. Local task reminders use generic notification text and may be late; they are not alarms. Use Privacy & Data to read this policy, make or restore a backup, or deliberately erase all app database records. External backup files must be deleted separately.

Questions about privacy or the internal test may be sent to specialservices.or@gmail.com.
