1. The service
Special Services Publisher is WordPress software that helps organizations prepare, review, and deliver original social posts through supported channels. Installation, support, and any fees are arranged separately with each organization. Features and available channels depend on the installed version, the connected account, and each platform’s permissions.
2. Your accounts and authority
Your organization must control the WordPress site and social accounts it connects, authorize staff who use the publisher, and obtain any rights or permissions needed for its media and text. Each social account owner must grant the access requested by that platform. You can revoke platform authorization through the platform’s account settings. Do not connect an account you are not authorized to use.
3. Review and publishing
Your authorized staff are responsible for checking each post’s photo or video, text, destination account, visibility, interaction settings, commercial disclosures, and timing before approval. Content is sent to TikTok only after express approval in the TikTok review screen. TikTok may process a submission after the API accepts it; an initial publish ID is not proof that the post is complete. The publisher displays the result TikTok returns, including failures or uncertain outcomes.
The current TikTok API flow supports owner-approved photo and video Direct Post, plus video transfer to the creator’s TikTok inbox for final editing and posting. An inbox delivery is not a published post. It does not provide unattended TikTok scheduling. Public Direct Post also depends on TikTok’s own review and audit.
4. Content and platform rules
Your organization keeps its rights to content it supplies. You give the publisher permission to process and transmit that content as needed to carry out an approved post. Do not use the publisher to send content you lack rights to use, violate another person’s privacy, mislead viewers, or breach the connected platform’s rules. TikTok and other platforms can reject, limit, remove, or change a post under their own terms.
5. Availability and support
We work to maintain the publisher and respond to reported problems, but website hosting, WordPress, network access, and third-party APIs can fail or change. If a send result is uncertain, check the platform and publisher status before trying again to avoid duplicate posts. Contact bryson@specialservicesllc.us for support or account-removal requests.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as features or platform requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. An organization’s separate service agreement, if any, governs its commercial arrangement with Special Services LLC.
