How the publisher works
Special Services Publisher is installed in a participating organization’s WordPress website. Its authorized staff prepare original media and text, review posts for each channel, and connect the organization’s own social accounts. Each installation keeps its content and account connection separate from other organizations.
For TikTok, the owner connects an account through TikTok, opens a content item, previews its original photo or WordPress media-library video, and chooses an available action. Direct Post lets the owner edit the post text, select current privacy and interaction settings, make commercial-content disclosures, and expressly approve sending that photo or video. Video draft transfer sends the selected video to the creator’s TikTok inbox, where the creator completes editing and posting. The publisher records TikTok’s publish ID and checks processing status.
Current TikTok limits
Each TikTok action requires an authorized owner’s review and approval. TikTok does not receive unattended scheduled posts from this workflow. An inbox delivery is not a published post; the creator must finish it in TikTok. TikTok access and public visibility depend on TikTok’s authorization, review, and audit decisions. A connection or initial publish ID alone does not mean a post has completed.
